Moyles Court School has a long established commitment to Outdoor Pursuits and Outdoor Education.
Children as young as Y2 are introduced to sleepovers and outdoor group activities. Junior School pupils experience multi-activity visit to Hooke Court, Dorset whilst Years 6, 7 and 8 travel to the Isle of Wight (Little Canada) for team building and outdoor pursuits.
Year 10 have the option ( which most take) to undertake the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
Years 8/9 spend a week on Dartmoor during June, climbing, caving, mountain biking, raft building, etc., etc.
Years 11 commence their final year with the PSE Challenge on the Isle of Purbeck which involves initiative tests, camping and climbing.
