Moyles Court pupils get the creepy crawlies!

Moyles Court School early years foundation stage enjoyed a visit from Zoolab, the animal handling experts. The children enjoyed a workshop which involved them acting out what it would be like to be in a Rainforest and were able to meet some amazing animals.

 

Year 6 visit to a Thai Temple

May 1, 2013

As part of their study of Buddhism, Year 6 pupils at Moyles Court visited a Buddhapadida Thai Buddhist Temple.  It was wonderful to see the beautiful murals that tell the famous tales of Siddharta's life, to meditate a little and to speak to a Buddhist priest through the kind interpreter.

 

 

Moyles Murder Mystery Meal

Moyles Court School library was transformed into the dining room of the official residence of the Deputy-Mayor of Casablanca in 1942, as members of Moyles Court History Club,assuming the roles of guests at a meal, took part in a Murder Mystery.

Moyles Court Hosts Soccer Tournament

On 22nd September, Moyles Court was host to 18 visiting teams for the annual 6-a-side soccer tournament, the biggest of its kind in the area.

2010 GCSE Results: 30% of all grades - A* and A

Moyles Court School once again achieved 100% pass rate for pupils gaining 5 or more GCSEs at grade A* to C. 30% of all grades awarded were A* or A including all pupils taking Art gaining these top grades.

London Marathon Fundraiser

Richard Oliver  - dad of Oscar in Class 4 - completed the London Marathon on 25th April in just over 4 hours. His inspiration to take part was to raise money for the charity HemiHelp, which supports children who suffer from the condition Hemiplegia.

"Moyles Court School was inspected by Ofsted for its boarding provision on 3rd-5th November, 2009. About a third of all Moyles Court pupils board, the provision rated by Ofsted as “strong”.
